Need detailed breakdown about AQ and rewarded Glory

How much of a difference in rewarded Glory does it make depending how many AQ's you participate in during the 5 days and how much of a difference does it make how many AQ's the team have completed or not?
Let's say for example that i participate in 3 AQ's one week and the team completes all of the 5 AQ's, how much Glory will i get as reward compared to if i only participate in 1 AQ and the team only completes 2 of the 5 AQ's that week?
What i'm basically looking for is a breakdown of how much Glory you lose if you don't participate in all 5 AQ's a week and whether the team complete all 5 AQ's a week or not.
Is it worth it to complete all 5 AQ's or is the difference in rewarded Glory marginal between the team completing 2 or 5 AQ's per week?
And does it matter how many points the team gets total that week, if it's 8 million or 10 million or something else?

Maybe start by stating which map you're planning to run and someone can give you an approximate score based on their prestige.
A 10k prestige alliance doing map 5 for 2 days would get you a total of 3000 glory, while doing map 5 for all 5 days would get you a total of 4300 glory. Any alliance members that participated in AQ at all would be eligible for 100% of the glory rewards for that AQ cycle, unless they just joined the alliance and aren't yet eligible to receive rewards.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Alliance rewards are peak milestone rewards. So just like the other alliance milestone rewards (Summoner Advancement, X-Men Use, Arena Wins, etc.) as long as you contribute to the milestone at all (i.e. join at least 1 AQ during the AQ cycle), then you'll get the full milestone and rank rewards that everyone in your alliance gets, even if they ran all 5 days and you joined only day 5 in the last few seconds. I wouldn't suggest doing that regularly, as your alliance officers probably wouldn't let you stick around in the alliance long enough to get the glory rewards in the mail. The only exception is if you join an alliance in the middle of the week, then you're not eligible for rewards at all during that first week.
The more AQ points your team gets during the week, the more points you'll get per week. So while completing day 1 will get you a certain amount of points, day 2 will get you even more points. Day 5 completion is worth almost double what Day 1 is.
So let's say your alliance prestige is an even 10,000 and your run 3BGs of Map 5 daily for two days. Day 1 with 100% exploration would get you 38.25M points. Day 2 would get you 46.77M points. If you stopped there, you would end up with 85 million points, which would get everyone in your alliance 2350 glory from the peak milestone rewards.
If you continued on and did Days 3-5, you would get 55.28M, 63.8M, and 72.32M, respectively, for a total of 276.42M for the week. That would be good for 3400 glory from the peak milestone rewards.
Then there's Rank rewards. 85 million points would probably put you around rank 7000, which would be good for an extra 650 glory. 276M would probably put you around rank 3000, which would be good for an extra 900 glory.
Since you specifically asked about glory, this only accounts for glory. You also get a bunch of AQ crystals and catalysts based on how many points you get that aren't accounted for here.
THAT BEING SAID, if your alliance is running all 5 days and you're trying to get all the rewards while skirting a ton of your share in the effort to achieve said rewards, don't be a jerk, be a teammate. If your alliance is in AQ for 5 days, be in AQ for 5 days. Unless you've got an understanding with leadership based on special circumstances that they are willing to accommodate, you should be participating in the entirety of AQ. If you're just trying to do the bare minimum and not be a team player, then you should be kicked. Not assuming you are doing that, but you're talking like that is your goal.
