Which Tech Champs deserves a Tech Awakening Gem?

I really consider myself underrated here. The awakened ability speeds up my proces and if high enough sig, can result in an extra big poison after the SP3.

If, however, you are focused on the characters most people consider good, Ultron and Guardian are great picks.

Lots of good suggestions already, so I won't parrot any of them. I can say, however, that my most sought-after tech dupe is Sam Wilson. If I dupe him, I'll dump all of my tech stones into him. Since he's more of a utility champion than a damage-dealer, more utility and damage seems like a good investment.

Ideally you want to put him at max sig. If you go to auntm.ai you can see roughly what sig benefits the champs the most (sorry if you're already knew that lol). But using that you can see its basically a straight line for three of the four resistances, the other one though benefits more from a higher sig level (included here for convenience). Basically, the most benefit comes from higher sigs, so while 80 is a good start, 200 is ideal. Hope that helps

You got to start someone where so yes.

I'd personally would do Ultron first if you have his synergy partners (especially warlock) or you need his reliable Regen for questing, or you just need a robot. Duped 5* Ultron was my MVP for superior Kang. There was no one better except a 6* Ultron.

Guardian if you take a lot of block damage as his synergy is quite helpful there, or if you need Guardian's utility (which he has tons of with his dupe).
