Compensation issue

I claimed the compensation (thronebreaker) and received the crystals and gold/glory. I did not however receive the catalysts. I did not get to chose the t5 class catalyst, and the t5 basics were not added to my inventory either. I've restarted my game 3 times. Nothing was added.

    Thronebreaker didn't get a t5 class catalyst or t5 basics, just an r2-r3 generic rank up.
