in Bugs and Known Issues
So I've been holding on to the Carina's care package 2-3 gem. I have alot of good 6* r3 options: sig 100 Domino, sig 40 Falcon,sig 20 Phoenix, sig 20 Iron Fist, Sunspot, Diablo, AA, Havok and Moleman all unawakened. So I got 6* Phoenix awakened last month and liked her since I have 6* Prof X and lots of other good synergy members. I r2ed her this morning because I was lacking cosmic champs and I had gotten a lot of iso from Sq Cavs. She was at 13500 pi after being maxed out r2 lvl 35. I played around with her and was impressed. She took down Rol WS in 44 hits. So I decided to r3 her about 40 mins ago. And her pi dropped 250 points. She was at 13500 at r2 and r3ing her made her drop down? Am I missing something? Don't really know what to think. I'm still happy with the rank up, I just feel like that's wrong.

    It’s always like this when you rank up. It’s to entice you to pump some iso back into the champ instead of simply ranking them up and leaving them at level 1

    Because you haven't levelled her up. How it works for some reason, but she'll be higher PI at max rank three, than max rank two.
