7.3.3 is bugged

We are suppose to be getting a fury buff thanks to the Parry Vulnerability node. Notice in this guide video, first fight against War Machine gets the buff.



However, when I did the fight just now using Diablo as well, I do not get the fury buff at all. I recorded the fight. Ignore me getting beat up at the beginning. I meant to do that

Power Shield path is bugged in 7.3.3 as well
