Not getting Arena crystal items

I opened a little over 1000 arena crystals. I got the units and gold, but none of the full energy refills (about 135) have shown up in my inventory/overflow. I also have max sig 3* punisher, but didn't get any max sig crystals for the 4 punishers I pulled. Not sure if punisher gives max sig crystals though. Anyone else having this issue?

    OK, but NONE of the energy refills are in my overflow. Even if I only got one, where is it? I noticed the same thing with buying one of the spectacular offers. Tier 1 alphas are not showing up in my overflow.
