Woth the new update the much awaited jane foster buff is now live. Does it love up to the expectation or it falls short? What does the community feel about it?

Surprised there hasn't been any white knights in here yet.

As for Jane, to put into perspective, the PsychoMan and Nova buffs were more impactful to champion performance

The "buff" is so bad that even those knights can't find anything to defend it even after possessing so much fire & wisdom
The best they'll end up saying is "not every champion can be God tier"
