Fight gameplay is laggy

Description of the Issue: Starting with the patch yesterday, fights are very laggy. Prior to the new patch, all of the lag I experienced was limited to menus and non-fighting UIs. Now the lag has made its way into the fights. Doesn't happen every fight, but happens regularly enough to be concerning.
