I only got 1 Cav Nexus, but now it's updated to 2 - Will Kabam compensate?

I'm short changed 1 crystal (Cav Nexus Worship & Wonder Pack) for buying it early.

Is Kabam going to compensate me for this?

The team's still working on getting the Crystals out to everyone as soon as possible. Just trying to be thorough to make sure the list is complete so that anyone affected will get their Crystal correctly.

When is this crystal coming? It has been almost two weeks since buying the bundle and still no second Cav nexus crystal in sight. I have been holding off rank ups for all this time because of the possibility of pulling something special in that one Cav nexus.
