Thats it. Nothing complicated.
Get to 25 sap charges and it power drains.

It's that simple huh? Dude you still didn't explain what they are and what they do. Upon reaching 25 stacks, it gets REPLACED by a passive Power drain debuff. Sapped charges get paused while striking the opponent during Locked-On. I know how yo read, perhaps you don't. Google helped me more Sir 007. Read for yourself. SMH.

You are being needlessly rude to someone who provided you all the information you needed. Perhaps it is you who doesn't have reading comprehension skills.

What they are: seems to be charges that get built up until they expire or are converted. What they do: appears to be that they apply a power drain if they hit 25 stacks.

Using Google to try to apply a dictionary definition to a term used by a game designer in something like this is ridiculous. Yes, it could provide some insight but reading the in-game description should tell you what the designers actually made it do. They don't always follow the exact meaning of words so read the game information or ask on forums and accept what you see or are told over what Google's dictionary says.

Finally, what do you even care? You just made a post about how you are quitting the game.

They are much like knulls living abyss debuffs. They do not cause any effect but are converted when a certain action is performed
