Active 40k+ (and growing) player looking for alliance

After a short break I picked up playing MCOC pretty seriously again, currently at level 43 and 40k rating (was 35k a week ago). Right now I'm mainly working on improving my favorite 3* champs as well as expanding my (still quite limited) 4* roster.

I'm looking for an alliance where people actually work together in AQ/AW and communicate instead of half of them just sitting there enjoying the rewards of others' hard work.
