Add Stagger to Unstoppable Colossus' Kit

There's nothing that makes him a Mystic champ. Can you add stagger on his heavy attack in the same way Juggernaut staggers his opponents. Can you have it stack twice like Sasquatch.

    Everybody wants Unstoppable Colossus to be the true Best of Both Worlds superbeast but unfortunately, he is a trophy champion, which means that he is at the back of the line for Buffs and or overhauls.
