Where do I go next?

Hey just got back into the game a few days ago. I’m wondering if there is any champs I should rank up to use for content. I also am wondering what content this roster can do currently. I’m on 6.3.1 and have completed variants 3 4 and 6. I’m also on chapter 3.1 of variant 2. Any help on rank ups and where I should go next would be very appreciated!

If you rank up Herc, Claire, and iBom, you should be set for finishing Act 6
