To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC. Does aar effect flux dispersal or is it just bugged

I’m doing multiple heavies in aq and they are only
Removing the dispersal charges sometimes (50%?) , abom vs dormammu, Corvus vs red skull. if this is by design then maybe it’s time to look at changing your design, aar punishing nodes are bad enough in eq, they must make the game look buggy to new players. Ie when nodes don’t do what the description says they will do (not might do).
