Moleman not shrugging Maw falter

I noticed when running v6 (chapter 3.1 poison/bleed vulnerability path) with my alt account that Moleman was not shrugging Maw’s falter debuff (no, I wasn’t in frenzy). I know it can be purified since Kingpin does it all the time. I did additional testing with the main account, confirming moleman will not shrug the falter debuff.
