Regarding Quicksilver's speed

1) Are parry stuns going to count for this
2) More importantly, is this going to increase his speed for the rest of the fight or for the duration of the stun?

If he does do it for the rest of the fight, what else does it affect? Can you dex more quickly by spamming dashes? Can you counter limber for longer than most champs by starting his combo-faster?

    1. Personal stun means stun from his specific abilities, not one that anyone can do like parry
    2. Just the duration of the stun
