Just got TB and already explored Cav. How do I get the special objective rewards?

Like the title says. Just got TB. Cav quest exploration pops up as a special objective that gives t6b and t3a. So how do I get the since I already did the work? Tried doing a quest to see if it would trigger it, but no.

And Nevermind. After about 90 minutes it finally hit. Weird. Unless support activated it. Submitted to them.

And sure enough they came through even though the annoying "one time courtesy" had yo be attached to it. So +1 to them but when we can get retroactive reward changes to acts by re completing a quest from the act, I don't see how this is any different.
