Streak reset

Can someone help, please?

I'm doing the Featured Arena for Battlechips and Valour. I was on Streak 20-something. I finished a set and when I came back to the Game my streak had been reset.

Is this a bug?

It might be a visual bug. Did you try closing the game and restarting it? That might just fix your issue, if not, I guess submit a ticket. Best of luck
