I want to leave my alliance status as open as quite frankly recruiting in your unmoderated global chat is just toxic !
Either remove Auto Join, which means people have to read alliance bios to see if they are eligible or the alliance is suitable for them before joining or
Enable a minimum level entry requirement and language selector so that players can be channeled to the right alliance.
