Is it compulsory to have all three to complete carina's challenge

Is it compulsory to have hulk Ragnarok, thor ragnarok and korg to present in my team to complete carina's challenge or it can be done by having 2 of them in the team like having just 6 star korg and hulk ragnarok at rank 4 and then doing it will the challenge get completed or the potions will be get wasted if i try.
