Alliance War : Off season : Rating deducted Bug

Dear All;

We noticed the rating got deducted after war loss (-16 rating) after last war.

Did anyone experience too. Seems like a bug to me!

    What tier are you in? Pretty sure just tiers 1-5 have locked off season ratings

    Tier 6/7! But never happened in previous off seasons. I

    It didn’t happen last offseason but that was a bug. Anyone Tier 6 and lower is subject to their war ratings changing during off season. It’s been like that for… I don’t even know how long now. A while.
