**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Does "conduit" impact DOT damage?

The description is like this "While under the effect of a Coldsnap, Shock, Plasma, or Incinerate effect, they Regenerate 60% of any damage taken.". For example, If I use OR and knock down the defender to lock spores, the defender will get coldsnap from global, will the DOT damage of spores reduce to 60% or not?

The opponent will regenerate 60% of all damage taken, not just 60% of the DoT, so either way while it will not reduce the damage, they will regenerate a lot of it, essentially reducing it. It basically makes for a longer fight unless you can heal block the opponent.

Based on what I saw, it's not an instant regeneration (like Mr Sinister), the description is not clear, it's a regen within 5/10/20/30 seconds? As far as I know, Tigra can still kill defenders within a minute, but some other attackers are almost useless against global defenders, just want to understand the details.

I truly think this node is overpowered if it can regen all damages (including DoT), but I also feel the node is buggy, it is pretty random to me, I saw people use Nimrod kills Green Goblin by passive shock without triggering regen.
