RESORT PASS PROBLEM

As you can see from the images have shared, I bought the first resort pass that ended yesterday. However, even if I completed the milestones, I miss some tokens, the higher one. I tried to write a ticket but since this account is from 2015 the ticket is not effective cause some info that I shared with the support "seems" to be wrong. What can I do?
