Imiw is bugged- gaining power without armor ups

At about the 6:15 mark imiw triggers his passive power gain without any armor ups active. His abilities state that the power gain only triggers when below 15% AND while he has an armor effect. Running latest version of the game on pixel 3a. Please fix this soon.

    Hey there, just to get some extra info to pass along, do you happen to remember if you've seen this in any other game modes, or while using any other champs against him?
