Lag out lose health

Consistently the game gets stuck loading it happens all the time and only during aq and war usually after I win the fight this time it didn't even get to the right I let it sit for 10 mins and nothing then force closes. It is not my internet it is not my device or the version that I am running every thing is up-to-date except apparently on your guys end how is this not fixed yet it's been years if been playing since there was only 3 chapters then aq comes along and this **** happens on top of all the it now lags during fights and when it does the champion being used and stuck holding a heavy until struck and after you can't use heavy untill the next match. If your not gona fix the issues that have been going on for multiple years bring back the compensation every one works to hard to get units to have to use them on potions because of YOUR lag. Attached are screen shots with the time I spent waiting
