One 3/4* Champ Missing Since Years

Why is Classic Vision In 3/4* Missing Since Years ?!
There is no Chance to become Classic Vision 3/4* since years
It is the only champ we cant become ingame
He is not in the Champion Crystal Pool , he is not available to buy
Nothing , since years .
Did i found a bug or something and the champ should be in crystals but isnt ?And am i the only one realised this and talks about that missing champ?
Yes 1/2* and 5/6* is available
Sometimes you can buy the 5 or 6 * ones for units , but not the 3 and 4 * version!
Its so bad if you want to have all champs for collection and something , but the fact there is a champ since years you cant become and you will never become is just bad what can i say .
