I was contemplating my next rank 4 and saw an unusual amount in common, especially considering KP and CapIW are not the same class.

1). Shrug Off: CapIW relies on having the right team so he can 100% shrug off debuffs. KP also relies on a synergy for the 100% chance.

2) Heavy Attack Fury: CapIW gets a passive fury that is stronger with each kinetic potential. KP gets a fury buff from 3 landing rapid heavy attacks.

3) Special 1: CapIW's sp1 reduces defensive ability accuracy and inflicts a DoT. KP’s sp1 inflicts a DoT that reduces defensive ability accuracy.

4) Increasing attack rating without a traditional fury: CapIW increases attack when kinetically charged. KP increases attack in overpower mode.

5) Power Control if they have the right team: CapIW applies a petrify that is useful for power control (if he has a tech on team). KP can power lock opponent after a special (if he has the masterminds synergy)

The half) Unstoppable: CapIW removes unstoppable. KP becomes unstoppable. (plus CAPIW can gain unstoppable with the Silver Centurion synergy)
