S2099 exhaustion not working against sassy

I start the fight, and heavy sassy with s2099, place an exhaustion on him. But he still gains rage. Sassy should not be gaining rage.

I checked known issues. They said it'll be resolved next update

Yep, the fix for it is still looking good to be ready by the next update.
