Wrong global tactic in war

Right now my Alliance is in tier 2 and we are supposed to Play with conduit as global tactic. But as you See in the picture only misstic dispersion is available. How is that possible?

I jumped on the forum to check the exact same thing. Tier2 as well and the tactics I set earlier in the day were wiped and I had to reslect tactic, but only last season Misstic Dispersion was available (after all 30 members placed defence). So I have selected that tactic for War #2 but just wanted to raise awareness to Kabam about this potential bug.
