Doesn't need to be a small group but need a few players to replace inactives. We are a laid back alliance that runs map 6x5 with epic mods. We only run two wars when the season starts, so it is optional but if you want to do enough to make sure you get rewards that is fine. We consistently finish in Gold 2 running two wars. Again, we are mainly looking to get rid of some inactives. We are a low stress bunch who are looking for members who can join AQ and AW in a timely fashion and finish their paths.
