His cleanse charges are not working properly
Earlier the charges would stay even when u refresh ur chi through a heavy attack
But now when u use a heavy, it also removes all the cleanse charges & u have to reapply those

    It’s working as intended, they were broken before and it got fixed recently 🥲. To be fair it was an extremely strong ability where you could just keep stacking cleanses and never have to deal with debuffs

    apparently it used to be a bug and now disppointingly it has been removed.
