Signup Problems

My friend has a lvl 57 unlinked account that he's trying to link with a kabam account. Whenever he clicks 'create an account' and fills out the page, it takes him to the tutorial, and afterward puts him into a new account. He can't do the 'log in' option as he doesn't have anything to log in to. I tried giving him some dummy gmails, but they all had the same new account thing. How can he link his acc without losing all the progress on it?

    We recommend your friend contact support for more assitance on this issue, the forums are not really the appropriate place to handle account-related issues.

    You can open a ticket in-game by tapping the gear icon in the top left corner, followed by the button that reads "Support" and then the button that reads "Need more help? Contact us". Alternatively, they can open a ticket on their web browser via this link.
