Tech Support Blowing off Isolated Bugs

This pattern may sound familiar to some. I’ve had an issue with my account, a bug that has been there on my account since I started playing the game. It is not related to recent performance issues, and I figured it was time to finally attempt to get it addressed. After tech support requested gobs of pointless information, they then proceeded to tell me that fixing current game bugs is higher priority than my issue, and they will be closing my help ticket. After all of that, they didn’t even look at my game file to observe what I had explained to them. The only skill that tech support seems to have is in writing longly-worded e-mails about how they intend to do nothing regarding isolated game bugs, while they continue to prioritize damage control on the messed up state of the game. They literally said this in different terms.
