5* king Groot or 6*

Hi, this may seem like an odd question. But who would be better to rank up?

5* currently rank 1 I have a awakening gem for him
6* rank 1 not awakened

Stats are pretty much the same
6* has few thousand more health at rank2 compared to 5* rank5. Also damage on 6* is around 200 more

Heard awakened make him better but going to need 6* champs soon as nearly at act 6

    You don't need 6* for act 6, without the dupe I wouldn't rank up the 6*.

    5* are still great for act 6.go with 5* awaken KG.

    Who else do have in cosmic class that is worthy of the gem?

    The awakened 5* will be better but the regen is underwhelming until you get lots of sigs into him.

    I got medusa, super Skrull, ,venompool, airwalker, the champion, terex and original capt marvel all unawakened
