Anti Venom taken red numbers while healing

Using anti venom in war and as he’s blocking attacks he seems to be ticking down with some red numbers. Don’t remember seeing anything in the nodes that reduces my healing and the champion I’m fighting doesn’t have it in the kit. Is it a bug with his sig?

    Can’t remember I think it was just improved healing. Our war is very low level.

    This is usually a side effect of the Despair mastery interacting with the Salve mastery

    The only issue I have with this is that it’s only one debuff, and I thought despair capped at 30% per debuff
