Who's a good counter for silver surfer in galan sq

AA (without needing to get Power)
RedMags heavies until SP3.

Otherwise for building power bar with any champ, just Dex (for a buff), hit opponent to clear the buff, repeat until you got Power enough for whatever SP's you want to use.
