Unable to access Eternity of Pain and Cavalier difficulty for Event Quest.

I tried accessing the Eternity of Pain to fight Modok but was unable to access the fight causing me to lose out on points for the rewards!!!. I kept getting the Exact message in the screenshot. I also am not able to access the new Cavalier EQ difficulty. Fix this!!
