Did you explore the monthly EQ Cav difficulty BEFORE progressing your account to what was needed for that Objective to become available to you ?
Objective does not retroactively give you credit for doing a quest prior to the objective going live.

If so, you would have to wait until next (now this) month's new Quest to do Cav difficulty and get that Objective.

You can see in the Pic that is says “Worldheart” event quest, which was last month's name.
It even says “Finished 14 minutes ago”, as in Expired.

So I’m sure the Pic and the claim of doing Cav difficulty was thus for LAST MONTH.
