Major bug with America Chavez throwing heavies in war

She seems to be throwing heavy attacks unprovoked to get to her stage where she reflects damage. The AI is becoming aware of there abilities you may want to tone down the AI before it takes over headquarters and then Canada and then the world. There is now reason any defender in war should be throwing unprovoked heavy attacks let alone 3 times in a row to activate certain abilities that make a war fight miserable
