psylocke synergy with omega sentinel is broken

Heavies are not granting psi charges for psylocke even though the synergy with omega sentinel is supposed to grant 2.

The synergy reads:

Knocking down an opponent with a heavy attack grants 2 psi-charges.

It is failing in questing modes. Not willing to bring it to other modes to test.

    Interesting. I do see the red numbers on that first heavy which indicate you're correct. That is not how it worked a few months ago. You used to get two after the knockdown, not before it.

    They don’t want you heavy spamming in the corner on a power locked opponent, they nerfed it without telling anybody.
