Red Goblin Synergy needed.

Hello,
I am a Red Goblin player and feel that he is getting phased out because content fights are getting shorter and by the time you ramp him up the quest is done.

I am wondering if we can give him a synergy like Apoc where he can start off with X amount of charges. Another idea is he gains an additional one for fighting certain champions like spider champions.

This is all he needs and he will be a top cosmic champ again.

I also know about the Galan synergy , but I don't have access to him yet.

    Edit* - I know he gains an additional one, but like Apoc is almost maxed when he takes on a mutant champ.
