Bonus points using special 3

Is there a reason that using special 3 for bonus points isn’t delivering? The same thing was happening last ragnarok with knockout with heavy. Is this just a bug, or you just aren’t interested in delivering on your games promises?
Why are problems like this ongoing?
I’d really like to know.
