Cheating alliance did not get war rating docked

In season 36, war #7, we were match up with an alliance that cheated. It's only 1BG war in tier 3. These players managed to clear the whole BG in a few hours with 1 death and fight duration of 1587. I reported them to Kabam. Once war season was over, Kabam must had deducted some points because they fall from gold 2 to silver 1 but their war rating still remain at 2753 which is completely BS. We never got any points or war rating adjustment. In fact, the loss cost us 32 points in war rating and we got knock down to tier 4.

How is this fair? Anyone else came across a cheating alliance and noticed their war rating didn't get docked?

They don’t reduce their War Rating, as this would them put them down low where it would be unfair for any of their opponents to have to face a strong alliance in such lower Tiers.

They only take away points from that alliance's season point total (and thus season ranking/placement).

Isn't it unfair for anyone to face them since .. you know .. they're cheating. Why would it be different what tier an alliance is in. Whoever faces them will just lose.

How would it be unfair when they cheated to move up in tiers? Maybe they are playing above theirs skill set. Once season 37 start, they get to start in tier 3 multipliers while we are stuck with tier 4.
