"Unblockable"

So, now almost every champion is "unblockable" even the editted/buffed ones you bring them back atleast with an unblockable feature somewhere. Are you guys running out of ideas??????

Miles and quake don't care. Counter it. Instead of just complaining, explain where you're having an issue and someone can help you. Unlockable is not everywhere. Where it is, a lot of times there is a work around. Where there isn't, there are some champs who ignore it. Where it can't be ignored, brings some skill.

What sucks too is every champ seems to also have an unblockable special 3.

You failed to mention when the AI learnt to backdraft, light and special intercept. That is the ever present node without an icon.

I dont mind some champs being unblockable, buh dont put it everywhere man. Its becoming nonsense. Sp1 unblockable, sp2 unblockable sp3 unblockable. Like WTF!

Now it's become part of basic attacks where the champions partially become unblockable for a few seconds just out of nowhere 😆 lol. This game is becoming a joke for real.

My best advise: kabam needs to focus more on user experience within the game other than buffing up every champion with unblockable & unstoppable 💪

Freeze has been there for some time now lol, it's not a bug, it's a feature lmao.

Root would be fine if:

1: flying champions couldn't be routed (can use the tag, but then that tag would need a lot more champs added)
2: give unstoppable another effect that it bypasses root. They if they can't be stopped how is a root... stopping them?
3: Buff groot... give him the ability root opponents (maybe after a sp2?)... but only when/after #1 and #2 are also in game.

Was short on time yesterday so here are SOME of many other options for handling unblockable attacks. Different counters for different scenarios. It is very rare that you simply cannot avoid or counter unblockable at all, even with a smaller roster.

Block unblockable:
Guardian (against mutants), Stryfe with charges, Red Guardian with shield up, Moleman with frenzy charges, Mr. Sinister anytime.

Evade unblockable specials:
Spider-Gwen, Spider-Man Stark enhanced

Ignore unblockable:
Miles Morales (spider-camo), Quake (unless there is power gain or brute force or something like that), Ghost (phase), Kitty (Phase), Killmonger with indestructible charge

Tanks SP's
Iceman with ice armor, Luke Cage (duped), Doom with Aura is quite tanky, use Odin prefight (doesn't work for SP3), Killmonger indestructible charge

Nullify so Unblockable doesn't trigger or goes away

Most mystic champs that nullify well (Doom, Sym Supreme, Sorcerer Supreme, Diablo with prefight and philosopher's mix, BWCV, Mojo, etc.)

Power control (can't throw unblockable specials if they can't throw specials at all)
Magik, Doom, P2099, Vision, etc. Quake as well since they won't gain power or she can stop some power gain with AAR (depends on the node/champ and/or if they have True Strike or True Accuracy)

Read the node and use the correct play style
Sometimes there are counters or ways to avoid it, or switch it. Like don't parry while they are unstoppable (use CAPIW to remove unstoppable too).

Root:
I don't like it either, but there is hope. If you can quake, many times you can dance around root too (unless they have True accuracy/strike too). We do need some hard counters to root if it is going to keep being added in the game so it is balanced out. Like everything else, it always starts with little, to no, counters and then new champs and/or synergies are added in. That's their business model (incentivize to go for the counters) during a new window of opportunity.

Root is almost always a debuff. Use shruggers like kp or Elsa. Atleast in Kravens case it is a debuff
