Battlegrounds reset?

Hey all.. my alliance wasn’t doing the battlegrounds alliance event very much we didn’t have a ton of points as a group maybe 80k or 100k but when I woke up this morning we only had 25 points the event Is a month long so why did the points reset idk if anyone else is having these issues photo attached of the new points this morning @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit

Tokens I had 2500 units a few days ago I use energy sololy for questing

Here is a photo of the store showing I spent my battlegrounds marks for shards 8 times….I have not used energy one time for battlegrounds since it’s launch

In order to score points in the solo event you have to search for a match using elders marks and not energy, it has nothing to do with the tokens used to purchase stuff from the store

@Mackey did you not read the entire post this is just showing that I have been doing matches to earn points you can’t buy that many shards if you haven’t been doing battles I have been using elder marks the entire time not once used energy yet our alliance score reset

Yes I did read the whole post, you haven't shown proof of you using elders marks though. What is your solo event sat at currently? That would truly reflect that you have indeed used elders marks to search for a match

How do I have 64k points yet my alliance only has 25 points total not 25k 25 points

I responded with my comment to this as you say about battleground token for shards and then move on to talk about energy, that lead me to believe you associated one with the other, hence my reply.

I understand sorry for coming off badly I thought I had posted the picture of the solo scores and only showed that to show I was earning the rewards for completing winning battles

Also, showing you have spent tokens on shards in no way shape or form proves that you have searched for matches using elders marks, so don't see why you even posted that

As said above you earn the trophy tokens from the solo 48 hr event from winning battles… granted it does not say weather it was from elders marks I only said that to show I have been winning fights to earn theophylline tokens to buy shards

I’m just trying to get them to look into this cause it don’t make a lot of sense atm when I spent units to buy elders mark to help the alliance only to have our score completely wiped out

I appreciate that I tend to come off sometimes as an ass unintentionally…. Cause I tend to be over passionate about things and this game is one of those and I hate wasting my time and resources only to get screwed over and never have an answer as to why

Yeah I and other ally members facing the same issue. Points are adding to solo event but not the alliance one.

Yes, I can also confirm that this is happening, I don't know if it's a visual bug or no though. It happened twice in my alliance, but I didn't checked it out.
