Mastery loadouts still don't work

Updated to 36.2.1. Switched my masteries to suicides OFF, applied the loadout to the deck. Saved the deck. I did a match.
Switched masteries again to suicides ON. Did a match, suicides are on.
Great job kabam (not). Kudos to your testing team.
