How do i get my chat ban lifted?

Basically a while ago a bunch of homophobes were in chat and they didn’t accept my sexuality so they came at me. Fast. And i’ve contacted support a billion times for months and they keep telling me that “the decision isn’t up to us, we can’t help you.” Or most times just not responding at all. So at this point I’m assuming they support homophobia. This has happened in the past for me speaking up against racism and that one was removed after like a year?
