Question about Battlegrounds Trophy Tokens

I probably missed this in an earlier post, but do earned Trophy Tokens expire once the season concludes? I want to know if we can carry trophy tokens into the next season, so to save for 6 star shards once the store refreshes after season. Thanks!

No... But there is a cap to how much you can hold onto. Can't remember how much.

Anyone know how many you can carry over? I'd like to not lose any, but will probably hit paragon in late season 2 or so and rather buy for less.

I came here to ask this specific question. Was told the 6* shard cost was supposed to go down with the update but mine is the exact same so I was going to hold onto mine. Or is the decreased cost dor 6* shards only for paragon?
