Act 7.4.5 Paradox Special + Entropic Impairment

Ok i don't know if this is an issue or a bug but i was exploring act 7.4.5 and I'm doing a pretty annoying path, so i read everything carefully and i went on, i was in the middle of the fight when i launched a sp3 with 10 paradox charges, so from 10 i had to gain 1 charge and lose 3 right? But I'm actually gain 3 charges so i went over the limit and i lost a champ because of the burst damage, is it any problem with that? I never saw anything saying that the sp3 give you 3 paradox charges.......
