battlegrounds multiplier at end of event question

The event says that at the at the conclusion of the current season of Battlegrounds, the points everyone has earned throughout the Event Objectives (both Alliance and Solo) will be multiplied by roughly three.

Could we get some clarification on this? It would be nice to know if "doing one more match" would unlock the proverbial next milestone, and if "roughly 3" ends up being 2.9... could cost someone or an alliance a reward.

    i'm assuming they wont do the points bump until the end of the season so they probably wont say much until they are ready.
